Why can’t my shoppers see Google Pay as a payment option?

If a shopper reports that they can’t see Google Pay as a payment option on their device, it could because they:
  • Are not using a compatible device.
  • Have not set up Google Pay and added a card.
  • Don’t have Google Pay set up on their device.
