Where can I check currency conversion rates and charges?

When a transaction involves currency conversion, you can view the exchange rate used and the FX markup rate applied in AMS.

The FX rate is the exchange rate used to convert the transaction currency.

The FX markup rate is the percentage applied for the currency-conversion service.

To view the FX rate

1. Sign in to AMS.

2. Open the relevant statement.

3. Find the transaction or remittance entry.

4. Check the FX Rate column.

To view the FX markup rate

1. Sign in to AMS.

2. Open your pricing plan.

3. Go to the Account Fees & Terms section.

4. Check the FX markup rate shown for your account.

If you have a Business Account, you can also view the FX rate on your Business Account statement.
