What is my payment password?

Find out what this is and why it’s important

For added security, the first time you make a payment in the Account Management System (AMS), you are prompted to set a payment password. This is additional to the password that you use to sign into AMS.

A payment password is case sensitive. It must be at least eight characters long. It must be a combination of lowercase letters (no capital letters) and numbers.

Whenever you make a payment in future from your business account, you need to confirm the payment details by entering your AMS password and a selection of characters from your payment password.

If you forget your payment password or decide to change it, you need to email support@cashflows.com.
