What is my payment password?

Find out how your payment password is used to authorise payments from your Business Account

Your payment password is an additional security check used when you make a payment from your Business Account in AMS.

It is separate from the password you use to sign in to AMS. When you make a payment, AMS may ask you to enter your AMS password and selected characters from your payment password.

Setting your payment password

The first time you make a payment in AMS, you may be asked to create a payment password. Follow the password rules shown on screen.

 Important: Keep your payment password secure. Do not send the full password by email or share it with anyone. Cashflows will not ask you to provide the full payment password by email. 

If you forget or need to change your payment password

Contact the  Cashflows support team support@cashflows.com. Include your Merchant ID (MID) and registered email address.
