What is a low value payment?

Our definition of a low value payment in the context of 3-D Secure (3DS)

A payment of €30/£25 or less is considered low value. However, Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is required if an exemption has been used five times since the cardholder’s last successful authentication or if the sum of previously exempted payments exceeds €100/£85.
