How long does a payment link stay active for?
If you’re a Virtual Terminal user, you can send a shopper a link to pay with
Our Virtual Terminal makes it possible to take payments without a card machine. You can send a shopper a link to follow and pay from wherever they are.
Payment links are valid for six months. If a shopper tries to pay but is unsuccessful, they have 15 minutes to retry, for example with a different payment method.
