How do I refresh the settings on a SmartPOS card machine from Cashflows?
Find out how to refresh settings such as the receipt footer
Some of the options available on your card machine, for example Cashback, along with settings such as the receipt footer, are managed by the Customer Support team. If they make a change, Customer Support may ask you fetch settings.
Tip: The card machine automatically fetches the latest settings each time it starts.
- Tap to display the Manager Menu.
- Select Fetch settings.
- Tap .
The card machine connects to the network and applies any settings that have been changed.
