How do I refresh settings on a SmartPOS card machine?

Find out how to download the latest settings to your SmartPOS card machine

Some card-machine options, such as Cashback and the receipt footer, are managed by the Service Logistics team. If they change a setting, they may ask you to fetch the latest settings on your card machine.

 Tip: The card machine automatically downloads the latest settings each time it starts. You normally only need to fetch settings manually after a configuration change or when asked by the Service Logistics team. 

  1. Tap to display the Manager Menu.
  2. Select Fetch settings.
  3. Tap .

The card machine connects to the network and applies any settings that have been changed.
