How do I download a Merchant Account Statement in AMS?

Find out how to download your Merchant Account Statement as a CSV/Excel file

The Merchant Account Statement shows the activity recorded against your merchant account for the date range you select.

To download the report:

1. Sign in to AMS.

2. Select Profile.

3. Select Account Statement.

4. Choose the date range you want to review.

5. Select Search or Apply to display the statement.

6. Review the results shown on screen.

7. Select Export CSV to download the Merchant Account Statement.

Note: The CSV/Excel file only includes activity within the date range you selected. Check the dates before exporting the report.
