How do I download a Gateway Transaction Report in AMS?

A Gateway Transaction Report contains the transactions returned by your search in AMS. Use the available filters to choose which transactions you want to include.

To download a Gateway Transaction Report:

1. Sign in to AMS.

2. From the menu on the left, select Gateway Transactions, then Transaction Search.

3. Select the date range for the transactions you want to include.

4. Add any other search criteria you need. For example, select a transaction type, payment status, transaction reference or other available filter.

5. Leave Transaction Type set to Any if you want the report to include all matching transaction types.

6. Select Search.

7. Review the results and amend your search criteria if needed.

8. Select the export option at the bottom of the results table.

9. Choose the required file format, such as CSV or XLSX, and save the report.
