How do I download a Gateway Transaction Report in Cashflows Portal?

Find out how to review and download transaction-level gateway information.

To download the report:

  1. Sign in to the Cashflows Portal.
  2. Select the relevant MID.
  3. From the menu.
  4. Select Transactions.
  5. Enter the start date and end date for the period you want to review.
  6. Apply any relevant filters, such as transaction type, status or card type.
  7. Select Generate Report or Search to display the transactions.
  8. Review the results and locate the relevant transactions.
  9. Select Export.
  10. Choose CSV or Excel to download the Gateway Transaction Report.

Note: The Gateway Transaction Report provides transaction-level information, including payment status, transaction references and card details. ARN information is also available within this report.
